Phase 1: Proposal - Design Schedule

Once we established the goals and stakeholder needs of our project, a gantt chart was developed to insure that our project remains on track. It includes all the major project milestones that were determiend by the group and with the help of our advisors. A reasonable timeline was used for each milestone, and additional buffer time was included incase of delays.
